Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our food delivery and takeaway booking application. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we always strive to ensure a positive experience for our customers. However, we understand that there may be situations where you may wish to request a refund for your order. Below are our refund conditions:

  1. Inedible Food: If the food received is inedible or does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Late Delivery: If your order is delivered more than one and a half hours later than the scheduled time, you are entitled to a full refund.

  3. Undelivered Order: If your order is not delivered within the maximum expected time and you receive no communication from the restaurant or our customer service, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time.

  4. Incomplete Order: If your order is incomplete due to a restaurant error (e.g., missing item in the order), you will be refunded only the amount corresponding to the missing product. This refund will be processed within 24 hours of error confirmation.

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account on the application and go to the section for placed orders.
  • Find the order for which you want to request a refund and select the "Request refund" option.
  • The refund will be immediate if credited to your wallet within the application. However, if you prefer a refund to your credit card, this may take up to 3 working days to process.

Please note that partial refunds will be made only for the amount corresponding to the missing items in the order. Additionally, all refund requests must be made within 24 hours of order delivery.
